Sharing Folders is useful when you need to notify another user about a group of customers.
When creating a new folder, press the settings icon at the bottom of the pop-up window. Choose who to share the folder with from the drop down box and click 'Save Changes'.
If you prefer to assign the folder to the specified person and you do not need the folder in your own account, turn the 'Assign to user' toggle button On.
No notification will be given to the person who had the folder shared or assigned from Floodgate automatically. Please notify the staff separately.
