Your team members may be sharing a device at one site (e.g. there are 2 staff at the shopping center but there is only 1 iPad provided to the team). This may create a situation where your staff sign up donors by using the wrong Floodgate account by mistake. Do not worry, because users can be swapped in a few clicks with Floodgate.
The recent feed pane in the Activity Manager has a ticket shown for each pledge form comming in. The ticket is showing staff details usually, but you can click on the ticket to show detals of donor such as age and amount.
While you are in the ticket showing donor's details, click 'Edit User', serach for a staff to swap it to and click 'Save'.
Not only the staff's name but also all the other data related to the staff (e.g. Employee ID, team leader's name, team leader ID, coach's name, coach ID, manager's name, manager's ID, location, channel) on the pledge form are also replaced automatically.
Who can do this and who the user can be swapped to depends on the settings. If you cannot see this option in Activity Manager or cannot find the person that you want to assign the pledge form to in the search box, please ask your admin staff to check the App Settings.
