What you and your managers can do on Activity Manager module can be defined in 'Activity Management' section in 'App Settings' tab that you can access from the 'Settings (cog button)' on the side bar.
Allow User Add Location In Activity
When this option is ON, 'Add Location' link is shown on the lead ticket WITHOUT a location assigned. This will allow users to add the name of the location from Activity Manager instantly. It means that the person who worked without a roster assigned can add the name of the location. Although this is a handy option to have, please use it with care because this may allow unauthorised fundraising activities to occur.
Location data that does not come through to Activity Manager means that the particular fundraiser is NOT registered to work for a campaign in a team for today. It is always recommended to register the user in a team first and then 'Edit User' instead of 'Add Location' to update all other meta data such as team leader, coach, manager and channel.
Change User With Meta Data In Activity
When this option is ON, users belonging to a team today can be swapped instantly from Activity Manager. New user's meta data such as team leader, coach, manager, location, channel etc. are also updated instantly when the pledge is assigned to a new staff.
Show Active Donor Address In Activity (Mobile App Only)
When this option is ON, the address of the donor with 'Active' lead status is shown in the Activity tab on the mobile App. This option was created to satisfy a particular campaign in which fundraisers require access to donor's address data at a later stage, but it is recommended to keep it off.
Please do not forget to click 'UPDATE' button to save all the changes you made.
