When you have a Telephone plan set up with Floodgate, come to this 'Telephone' section on Roles Settings tab from cog button on the side bar. Users listed in this section will have the 'Call' button displayed in Donor Manager screen.
To add a user, search for a user and select. To remove a user, click 'x' beside the user's name.
