All pledge forms stored in Floodgate have a lead status assigned (see 'Understanding Status' for details). The lead status may need to be modified by the admin staff after data validation, welcome calls and so on. Let's see how the status is changed from the beginning to the end of the donation cycle:
Draft to Pending - Status is changed automatically when the missing payment data is substituted.
Pending to Active - Status can be changed by pressing 'Activate' button on the form in Donor Manager.
Active to Pending - Status can be changed by adding 'Change Status. Back to Pending' command.
Active to Active (Gift) - Status can be changed by adding a tick to the 'Gift' check box at the bottom of the donor manager screen or by adding 'Gift-Not Chargeable' command.
Active (Gift) to Active - Status can be changed by removing a tick from the 'Gift' check box at the bottom of the donor manager screen.
Active to Cancelled - Status can be changed by adding Cancelled...... commands.
Cancelled to Active - Status can be changed by adding 'Change Status. Back to Active' command (e.g. when the form was cancelled by mistake). Status can also be changed by adding 'Reactivated.....' commands when the form is reactivated. When 'Reactivated......' commands are used, exportable reactivation log and status are populated and the signup date is changed to today.
Date created is changed to 'today' when the status is changed from Draft to Pending.
