Timesheets can be added automatically or manually onto Floodgate. To make the timesheet populated automatically, turn 'Auto record timesheet' ON in the App Settings > Teams.
If you turn the above setting OFF, you will see the button to turn it ON in the Fielld Manager > Teams Beta like below.
It is recommended to let managers to edit timesheet when there is an irregular shift such as someone went home sick early
or turned up to work late.
When you need timesheet for processing payroll etc., go to User Management > Timesheets. This week's timesheets are shown by default. Move to another week by using the calendar at the top right corner of the screen.
You can export the weekly timesheet to an Excel file just by clicking 'Download' button .
TIP: Hours shown on the timesheet main screen are Fundraising Hours + Training Hours.
Numbers beside timesheets are:
- Hours: total hours of training + fundraising for the selected week
- Rate: hourly rate pre-defined for a role or a department by the administrator
- Amount: hours x rate = payment amount
- Active Donors: number of active donors for the selected week
