Open Setting screen by clicking the cog (settings) button at the bottom left corner of the side bar and go to 'App Settings' tab. Information you add here will affect the default behaviour of the Floodgate.
Add your commpany logo and name.
Add your currenty symbol, country and timezone.
The person who is registered here will receive various imprtant notifications such as error notice from Floodgate.
Add a prefix that you prefer to add in front of the unique reference number that is given to each one of the signup forms. If you add 'ABC' here, the unique ID to be given to the form will look like 'ABC123456'.
Token you add here can be given to your fundraiser level users to create their own logins by themselves.
Teams - Assign Coach and Manager at the Team Level
When this option is ON, the selection box for Coach and Manager becomes available on the team setup page. When this option is OFF, coach and manager for each user have to be assigned in Users.
Teams - Auto Record Timesheet
When this option is ON, timesheet is created automatically for all the staff placed in a team in Field Manager. When you turn this option OFF, 'Record Timesheet' button will appear in each team setup page, so that you need to set it manually for each team.
Teams - Allow Add Daily Roster
When this option is ON, managers or admin staff can create a single day roster by using drop down options in the team setup page.
You can generate an API Key in this section. Use this key and your login credentials to validate data access.
When you modify something in this tab, please remember to click 'UPDATE' button at the bottom of the tab to save all the changes you made.
