Media can be any attachments about locations to be provided to all relevant users, such as floor map, site permit and site rules. The media can be viewed from all user's account via rosters in Activity Manager. Campaign and dates are assigned for each media and it can be viewed by ONLY the relevant users.
1. Navigate to Field Manager > Locations/
2. Find the location to which you want to upload the attachment. You can use the search box at the top of the list.
3. Click 'Edit Media' button .
4. Drag & drop the file that you want to upload into the drop box like below.
5. Fill in the information about the file.
6. Click 'Save' in blue at the bottom of the form.
The uploaded file can be viewed ONLY by the users who are placed in the rosters for the specified campaign between Start Date and Expiry date you specified above.
1. Navigate to Field manager > Locations.
2. Find the location from which you want to delete the media.
3. Click x on the file that you want to delete (see yellow circle in the picture below).
