How to Add Telephone to Your Account
- Please contact Floodgate Support (email@example.com) to send you the latest price list.
- Choose between a Local, Mobile or Toll-Free numbers or use a combination of all.
- Select additional services such as call recording.
- Select countries from and to which you make calls.
- Please let our support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) know your preference about 2, 3 and 4 above.
- When the Telephone is activated in your campaign, go to Settings (cog button in the sidebar) > Role Settings > Telephone and select staff to whom you prefer to provide access to Floodgate calls.
