There are two ways main to save data groups in Floodgate, Hashtags and Folders.
Floodgate uses hashtags and folders to create and customise data sets. Hashtags are unique to your organisation.
If a customer record has a # added to it, it is searchable by that hashtags along with all other records carrying that hashtag. This can useful if, for example, you have a group of customer that need to be called back on Wednesday. Add #callbackwednesday to each customer. On Wednesday simply search, #callbackwednesday to find your group of customer. Delete the hashtag from each customer when you are ready to move them out of the group.
Folders are another great way to group your data. For example, you cancel a group of customers and need to tell a manager. When you are on the record type "Add to folder" in the event box, choose which folder you want to add the data to and click save. Navigate back to this folder in the Sidebar menu. When you are ready to share the folder, choose the name of the user to share it with from the drop down box.
