The filter drop down gives you the option to filter data by just about anything. Filters are broken into groups:
Here you can filter by status (Pending, active, draft, etc), Welcome Calls and Additional Data like gifts, Complaints, Gender and Title. To understand data status, read this.
Scroll through or enter a title to sort by specific or multiple campaigns or channels.
Scroll through or enter a name to sort by individual or multiple users or departments. Click on the profile of photo of the user you wish to select.
Smart filters give you the option to filter by payment type, frequency, amount and data validations (verified or unverified addresses, email or phone numbers and more).
