Navigate to Field Manger > Locations
Add a New Location
1. Click on the + Add New button on the locations page to create a new Location Group.
2. First, name your location group. Use the region and location to name your group, for example, Auckland Door2Door.
3. Enter the site in the first input box and the channel in the second. Channels used previously will appear in the drop down box.
4. Add as many sites into a location group as you need to. When you are done, press the save button and your new location group is saved!
TIP: It is not mandatory but is recommended to include location channel (Street, Mall, D2D etc) in the category name or location name because the channels that you are adding here will not appear while creating rosters. For example, you can create a location group named ‘NSW Street’ and add all suburbs that you work in NSW into the location group. When you create a roster, you do not see the channels. However, you know that it is a street location because it is in the NSW Street category.
Use the left and right arrows to scroll through your saved location groups.
