Add New User
User Management > Users
In the User page, click on add symbol next to the search bar. Enter the user information and password or click the key icon to generate a system password. The click save and the new user is ready to sign in.
Detailed information about each user, like employee ID’s and photos are added from the Users page.
Simply click the name of the person and add a file or data in the Profile pane displayed on the right. You can also edit details and reset passwords from this window.
Floodgate archives users rather than deletes them. To archive old users who are not active, go to click the X button in the action column of the person you want to archive. The person will then be displayed at the bottom of the list with the status ‘Archived’.
Simply click the reverse icon in the action column of the person you want to reactivate.
Send Login Details
To send login details to a user, click the arrow icon in the action column of the user and the system will send login instructions to the registered email address.
To view a user profile, click the person icon in the action column of the user and a new page will open with the personal profile of the selected user. This page shows daily, weekly and overall results and achievements in real-time using fun graphics and easy to follow graphs.
Change User Role
User roles can be changed in the user profile page. Under role, choose the new role from the drop down box and press save at the bottom of the column. The new user role is active!
When a user enters their password incorrectly 5 times in a row their account is automatically locked for 30 minutes. Managers can unlock the account by clicking the padlock icon that corresponds with the user name. You can then go on to reset the password in their profile.
TIP: Click the headings (Username, Status, Email, etc) to filter the user list.
