The most efficient way to create a new folder is by bulk.
Open Donor Manager, use the filters and calendar applicable to the data group.
Click on the folder icon, next to download in the filters drop down. A pop-up window will appear.
Create a name for your folder or choose from existing folders you have created. Press save changes.
The new folder will appear under Folders in the side menu bar.
It's possible to add single records to folders by following the steps above when you are selected on individual records.
