Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New
To begin, go to the settings page and press the + icon or choose “Add” to add a new campaign. Follow the steps on the screen wizard to set up your new campaign.
Use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate through the set up. You can have multiple campaigns running at any one time.

The first step is to choose the campaign name and upload images and logos to customise the donate page. Your logo should be a maximum of 360 pixels wide x 600 pixels high.
Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New> Donor Info
This is where we set up what your Donate page will look like.
Under Mandatory Fields, choose the boxes that are mandatory to capture on the donate page.
One this page you can also add additional fields, choose your preferred data capture format and add age restrictions. To enter a custom input field click on "Add Custom Field" at the bottom of the page and enter the necessary information.

Now it’s time to add your accepted payment methods, choose the dates donors can give and the timing of first payments.
You can also enter the default amounts and frequencies that will appear on the donate page.
Next, enter your payment gateway details by first choosing your payment gateway from the drop-down box. If you don’t see your payment gateway in the list, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New> Terms and Conditions
Now we enter the small print. This is where you enter the organisations Payment Terms and Conditions that will appear on the signature capture page of the form.

You’re almost there! The last few pages let you set up an automatically generated email and SMS marketing.
Fill out the boxes to build your email template. We recommend sending yourself a test email before you save. You can come back at anytime to make changes.
At the bottom of the page, under "Email Configuration" enter your email server.
Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New> Email > SMS
Enter the SMS you want new donor's to receive. Make sure you click the "enable" box under Activate.
The content must be 160 characters or less. We recommend using a short link to direct customers to your website.
Enter your phone number to receive a test SMS.
Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New> Secure Export Format
This is where you map your data export file. Choose the field to map from the drop-down box and re-order the data by dragging each line with your mouse.
The "Add Column" at the bottom or press the "X" to delete the corresponding line.
Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New> Secure Export Settings
This last step is an important one, this determines who receives your secure data export.
Enter the email addresses of the data owners. You can have a maximum of three.
Settings > Campaign Settings > Add New> Activate
Once you are happy with the setup, choose Activate, press save and your campaign is live!
TIP: Use the save button at the top of the page to save your progress or press undo to reset the page.
