It's a good idea to keep an eye on the data being entered in to Floodgate. It might be that a postal address has been entered manually and needs verified or a telephone number is missing an area code. The sooner you know about it, the sooner it can be fixed.
Here's a few tips to quickly locate incorrect or missing data in Donor Manager:
1. Scroll through donors using the up and down arrows at the top of the page. If an email address of phone number is missing, a big blue box appears at the top of the customer information. You can edit and save the data from that top box.
2. Take note of the Checklist in the right column of each customer record. This measures the address, payment, email and phone number. If something is missing or incorrect the number will be below 100%.
3. Use the smart filters in the filters. menu to search by unverified or verified data, modified data records or mismatched account names and more.
TIP: To send or resend marketing communications like and SMS or email direct from Donor Manager, type "Resend SMS/email" in the add event box and hit save. The communications will be sent to the customer.
