Stats are displayed in the 2nd column of the Activity page. Monitoring these will help you keep a handle on the quality and quantity of each campaign, team or sales staff.
Below is a summary of each stats box on the activity page.
Total Results: The large circle at the top of activity shows the reported results with the average customer age on the left and the average sale amount on the right.
Stats: The stats box is a breakdown of acquisitions in the applied date range by status. Draft, Pending, Active or Cancelled.
Last 7: This shows the results over last 7 days from the date chosen in the calendar. To see a different 7 day range, click on the dates along the bottom of the last 7 graph.
Breakdown: This an overview of hours and the rate of sales per hour. The circles below show percentages of demographics and payment methods.
Note: The rate of acquisition per hour will only be accurate when the timesheets are correct. Create and Edit bulk timesheets in Field Manager. or individually on the Users page.
Contact Rates: These are your welcome call stats. Scroll over the pie chart to see percentages of Contact Made vs Voicemail, Uncontactable and Pending records.
Demographics: The chosen dates data in age groups. Scroll over the graph to see the percentages for each age bracket.
TIP: You can re-order the statistics column to suit your needs by dropping and dragging on the headings.
