The 'Add Event' box is located above the logs pane in Donor Manager.
Use this box to change the status of the data, tag another user, resend emails and SMS or add another event to the customer record. The logs record all events, tags and comments.
To add a hashtag, enter the # symbol before the title of your new or exisiting hashtag. For example, to hashtag all records the need a call back on Wednesday, you could use the #callbackwednesday. You learn more about using Hashtags in getting the most out of hashtags.
TIP: To add a comment to the record, type Log in the Add Event box, enter your comment and hit save. The comment will appear in the logs list below.
