The Analytics are broken into groups and displayed through graphs and charts. Here's a short summary of what each statistic measures.
Analytics: This shows the total number of sales by status. Total Active, Pending, Draft and Cancelled.
Payment Types: The number of credit card transactions vs bank account transactions are displayed as percentages.
Demographics: Just like on the Analytics page, demographics are broken into age brackets. Roll your mouse over the graph to see the percentage of customers in each age bracket.
Gender: The male and female icons provide a comparison between the gender of total customers.
Breakdown: This section displays the gender and credit card sales as a percentage along with the total number of Point of Sales (POS) or immediate transactions.
Channels: View total sales by channel. To set up your channels, see Locations
SMS Delivered: This number shows the total SMS's delivered in the chosen date range.
Email Opened: This shows the number of emails opened in the chosen date range.
Data Validation: The data completeness score is measured from the data validation checklist in Donor Manager and takes into account verified data like addresses, phone numbers and payment details.
Calling Statistics: The calling stats breakdown the total welcome calls into Contact Made, Voicemail left, Uncontactable and complaints.
