When a device is out of service or has no mobile data, offline mode can be used to fill out the form. This works the same way as online mode except data is saved on your device and will not show in Donor Manager or Activity until the device is synced.
You can enter offline mode at anytime by turning off wifi or entering aeroplane mode on your device. Floodgate searches for signal strength and will prompt you to go offline if the signal is weak.
When you have wifi or mobile data, choose Sync Data by choosing from the drop down box on your profile picture in the top right of the page. This will sync all data and you will see your results updated in Activity and Donor Manager pages. Both Direct Debits and Credit Cards can be taken in offline mode.
In offline mode data validation is limited. Postal addresses are entered manually and limited checks happen on email addresses and payment. This can be fixed later in Donor Manager.
When your connection has restored click the Account Menu in the top right and click Sync Data.
