All donation forms are set up to fulfill clients' data requirements. You need to make sure:
- To fill in all required fields.
- To fill in the right form for the client that you are currently working for.
- To utilize suggestions and validation support.
Select an address from suggestions rather than typing the entire address. Send a welcome SMS to the customer (before you let them go) by pressing the mail button beside the phone number field to verify the phone number. When you are asked about the discrepancy in customer/account names, check to see if the discrepancy is valid and select or type in the right answer.
Errors are shown with an orange background at the top of the screen like below:
Otherwise, fields with errors are highlighted in red like below:
You cannot submit the form unless all errors (other than the errors on payment details) are fixed. Navigate through pages by clicking on circles at the top of the page to find/fix errors before submitting the form.
If you are given a Fundraiser access level to Floodgate, you will be asked to select a campaign when you login to Floodgate. The signup form for the selected campaign will then be shown. When you go to other modules and then want to come back to the signup form, select 'Donate' from the side bar. If you need to access a form for another campaign, you need to logout, log back in with another campaign.
