Stats are displayed in the centre column of the Activity Manager. Monitoring these will help you to manage the quality of your sales.
Below is a summary of each stats box on the activity page.
Note that the stats are based on pledges which are potentially exported. Pledges with confirmed non-exportable status (i.e. Cancelled, Gift (non-payable), Draft) are not considered.
Stats: Breakdown of acquisitions by status (Draft, Pending, Active or Cancelled) in the applied date range. When you click the number for Active (25 in the example below), the number flicks to the number of non-payable Active records (with a Gift status).
Demographics: Distribution of customer's age
Last 7: This shows the results over last 7 days, 7 weeks and 7 months depending on the date range type selected in the calendar. A chart like below is shown when the date range in the calendar is 'Date'. It means that 6 forms were submitted around 13:30 on Monday. If you want to see the time distributions like this over the last 7 days, click the relevant day of a week just below the chart.
A chart like below is shown when the date range in the calendar is 'Week'. It shows the distribution of signups in the Calendar Week (CW) 8. If you want to see the same chart for other weeks, click on the calendar week number at the bottom of the chart. The numbers shown just above the calendar week label are the total number of pledges. Within this example, the number of exportable signups (Pending + Active - Gift) were 167 in the calendar week 5 of this year.
A chart like below is shown when the date range in the calendar is 'Month'. It shows the distribution of signups in the selected month. In this example, the total number of exportable signups (Active + Pending - Gift) increased in calendar week 8 this month. If you want to see the same chart for the previous 7 months, click the relevant month just below the chart.
Breakdown: Breakdown shows the number of acquisitions per hour and the total hours worked within the selected date range. The circles at the bottom show percentages of payment type (POS or Scheduled), gender and payment method (CC or DD).
Note: The rate of acquisition per hour will only be accurate when the time sheets are registered correctly.
Contact Rates: These are your welcome call stats. Scroll over the pie chart to see the exact percentages of Contact Made, Voicemail, Uncontactable and Pending statuses.
