Ready to add the details of your first customer? Great! Here's how to get started.
1. Sign in to Floodgate.
2. If multiple campaign logos are shown, select the logo of the campaign that you are working for today.
3. Fill customer's information into the 4 pages (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3 and Complete).
Customer data can be added from various devices such as a phone, tablet or a computer. However, remember to use a registered device for compliance.
Floodgate validates data at real-time and invalid data will be highlighted in red. When you get an error while trying to submit a form, return to previous pages by clicking on the step# at the top of the screen.
Once you click save on page 4 of the donate page, the customer file can be seen as a pending record in the Donor Manager page and your name will show a new score next to it in Activity.
