Go to User Management > Timesheets. No more scribbling staff hours in a note book or calendar, Floodgate remembers for you.
This week's timesheets are shown by default. Your team members' hours are captured automatically based on the team setting and standard hours pre-defined in the Settings.
If you need to modify the hours (e.g. someone called in sick or left work early for an appointment), click on the user's name and the Edit pane slides in on the right. Edit the numbers on the Edit pane and press 'Update'.
When you would like to add someone on the timesheet (e.g. you forgot to place a staff member in a team, but the person worked that day), press '+' besides search box. Start to type the name of the staff member in the 'Search for user' box. When the relevant staff icon is found, click it to select them. Modify hours if necessary by following the above procedure.
If you have a big team, it can be hard to find a staff member on the Timesheet. Use the Search box at the top of the screen to find the staff by name. Timesheet records are filtered as you type in the name into the search box.
TIP: Hours shown on the timesheet main screen are Fundraising Hours + Training Hours.
Numbers beside timesheets are:
- Hours: total hours of training + fundraising for the selected week
- Rate: hourly rate pre-defined for a role or a department by the administrator
- Amount: hours x rate = payment amount
- Active Donors: number of active donors for the selected week
You can export the weekly timesheet to an Excel file just by clicking 'Download' button .
