Primary filters for data to be shown in Donor Manager is the 'Calendar' which appears at the top right corner of the screen all the time. The number of pledges shown in the customer list pane increases when more dates are selected in the calendar.
To narrow down the pledges shown in the customer list, use filters which slide out when you click the Filter button beside the search box.
Tip: The filter screen disappears when you click the Filter button again.
Filters are grouped into 4 tabs. Please see below to find out which tab contains which filter:
Status - Filter data by pledge status (i.e. Pending, Active, Draft, Cancelled), welcome call status, export status and random other filters such as payable/Non-payable, complaints, gender and title.
Campaigns - Filter by Campaign as well as campaign channels (e.g. D2D, Street, Mall)
Users - Filter by user (fundraiser), coach and manager.
Smart - All other clever filters such as the bank validation result, account type, card expiry, address validation result, email opened/not opened, payment type, donation frequency, amount range and age range.
